The 20th match of the second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be played between Misbah-ul-Haq‘s Islamabad United and Kumar Sangakkara‘s Karachi Kings at Dubai International Stadium, Dubai Sports City (DSC) on February 26, Sunday. This is also going to be the final league game of PSL 2, as from Tuesday, the playoffs commence and the tournament enters its business end. So far in the tournament, Misbah’s team have 8 points from their 7 games, as they have won 4 and lost 3. They have already qualified for the playoffs. On the other hand, Sangakkara’s Karachi side has just 6 points from their 7 games, and have to win this game to have any hope of qualifying.

In reply, Karachi got the required 75 runs in 9.4 overs after the readjustment of the total. Babar Azam 47(30)* excelled with the bat while all other batters failed.
The second match between the two teams this season is thus expected to be a thrilling affair yet again. With a spot in the qualifying stage on the line for Karachi, it is bound to generate interest amongst the fans.
