Jacques Kallis scores 115 in final Test; Ravindra Jadeja gets a fifer

South Africa take handy lead ahead of lunch.

Ravindra Jadeja got a five-for as he dismissed Jacques Kallis for 115 on Day Four of second Test at Durban on Sunday. Kallis, playing his final Test walked back to a standing ovation from spectators and greeted by teammates as he climbed the stairs of the pavilion. South Africa are on 387 for seven.

 

Kallis scored a century in his final test and also went past Rahul Dravid’s 13,288 Test runs to become the third-highest run-scorer in Tests. South Africa have taken an overall lead of  53 runs. Kallis went for a slog-sweep off Jadeja’s bowling but got a top edge which lobbed up in the air and was caught by MS Dhoni. Soon Zaheer khan got the wicket of Dale Steyn who scored 44 runs.
