Australian batsman Jake Lehmann is to join Lancashire as One-Day Cup cover for compatriot Glenn Maxwell, the English county announced Sunday.

Lehmann, 26, the son of former Australia batsman and head coach Darren has, like his father, also played for Lancashire’s arch-rivals Yorkshire.

“I am hugely excited to have been given the opportunity to join a massive club like Lancashire,”
