The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 is all set to have a few exciting players. England players like James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Steven Finn, Jason Roy and Moeen Ali are part of the PSL 2017 drafts, PSL Chairman Najam Seth announced on Twitter. Wayne Parnell and New Zealand batsman Anton Devcich have also been named in the drafts. The PSL 2016 was such a huge success with six teams participating and it was Islamabad United, who eventually ended up winning the tournament under the leadership of Misbah-ul-Haq. Islamabad United were boosted by the fact that Andre Russell picked up 16 wickets in the 10 matches he played in. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is trying their best to organize the final of the tournament in Pakistan, but it will not force foreign players, who do not want to play in Pakistan to travel. Since the terrorist attack on Sri Lankan players in 2009, Zimbabwe were the first team to visit the nation since then in 2015. Players like Russell, Shane Watson and Darren Sammy say that they will have no problems in traveling to Pakistan if they get security clearance, but it would be harsh on many overseas players, if they were to miss the final. The PCB are looking to host the tournament in other countries other than the UAE. There will be new players in this edition and will hopefully be as entertaining as the first edition.
