The sixth edition of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2016 is all set to kick off on January 23 with as many as eight teams competing for the trophy. Like always, the matches will be played over next few weekends in search of the best celebrity cricket team in India. The Karnataka Bulldozers are among the main and strong teams in the tournament, which features the best of the Karnataka film industry. Veteran actor and a very skilled cricketer Kichcha Sudeep will be captaining the Karnataka Bulldozers team in the sixth edition of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) tournament. The team is owned by Ashok Kheny.
Under the leadership of Sudeep, the Karnataka Bulldozers are one of the main attractions of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). The team features as many as 17 players including Sudeep, according to ccl.in. According to that website, the team features only one specialist batsman in Dharma, as the rest of the players are all-rounders.
While Anil Kumar is the coach of the Karnataka Bulldozers’ team, Siddaramu will be the Team Manager of the side that hails from the southern part of the country.
Schedule: The Karnataka Bulldozers will be playing their opening match of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2016 tournament against the Telugu Warriors. Their match will be played at the famous M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on January 24. The team will then be taking on Kerala Strikers in Kochi on January 31, which is a Group B match. The last league round match for Karnataka Bulldozers will be against the Chennai Rhinos on February 7, at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
While the two semi-finals of the tournament will played on February 13 at Hyderabad, the final of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2016 tournament will be played at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium in Hyderabad.
