Sri Lanka were 215 for three at tea on the second day of the second Test against Pakistan in Dubai on Thursday.
Opener Kaushal Silva was batting on 92 and with him Mahela Jayawardene on 50 not out as Sri Lanka now lead by 50 runs over Pakistan’s first innings total of 165.
Sri Lanka were 132 for two at lunch and they did not lose any wicket for the addition of 83 runs.
The three Test series is tied at 0-0 after the first Test ended in a draw in Abu Dhabi last week.
Junaid Khan was the best Pakistani bowler so far with two for 47.
