The venue of Kenya s Intercontinental Cup match against Namibia has been shifted from Namibia to Mombasa by the International Cricket Council (ICC) citing security reasons.

The four-day match and two 50 over games has also been postponed from June to late September because of “delays related to the ongoing and changing security assessment for Kenya in general and Nairobi in particular” as reported by Associated Press.

A series of expulsions in Nairobi forced ICC to move the matches from Nairobi to Mombasa.

The tournament has been rescheduled to September 27-October 4
