Former England batsman, Kevin Pietersen paid his tribute to the late South African great, Clive Rice as he flew to South Africa to attend his funeral. Rice, who passed away last Tuesday, was 66. His memorial service was held at St. John’s College in Johannesburg. Pietersen, who was one of Rice’s favourite students, thus didn’t miss the funeral. Pietersen, who was born in Pietermaritzburg was among the several cricketers, who paid their last respect to the legend. Among the legends, former South African skipper, Barry Richards along with other former skipper, Graeme Smith were also present during the funeral on Tuesday.
