Khulna Titans will lock horns with Rajshahi Kings in the second qualifier of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2016-17 at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. This is definitely going to be a cracker of a match, as the result will decide the second finalists. The Dhaka Dynamites are the first team to enter the finals, for they defeated the Titans by 54 in the first Qualifier.
The Rajshahi Kings stormed into the qualifiers after they got the better of Chittagong Vikings by 3 wickets. The positive point for the Kings is the phenomenal form their skipper Darren Sammy is in. He has been one of the few reasons their team has reached to the qualifying stage of the tournament. He played a thunderous unbeaten knock of 55 runs from 27 deliveries to take his team home single-handedly.
The Titans, on the other hand, were bundled out by Dynamites, as Andre Russell blasted 46 off 25 and then with the ball (16 for 3) to cement their place in the finals. Titans were bowled out for just 86 chasing a target of 141.
Both teams have won a game each against each other this season. Hence, this will be a crackerjack of a match, as the season finale depends on the outcome.
