Pakistan’s stadiums to Dubai: All you need to know about Champions Trophy 2025 venues

Champions Trophy 2025 is set to begin February 19, and will be held in a hybrid model with India's matches set to be held in Dubai.

The Champions Trophy 2025 is set to begin February 19 and will be played in a hybrid model. The matches of the event will be played in Pakistan’s Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi Stadium, along with Dubai.

Matches for India and one of the semifinals will be held in Dubai, and the rest of the matches will be held in Pakistan. The final match of the tournament will be held on March 9, and the venue will depend on India’s outcome. In case India manages to qualify for the final clash, the title decider will also be held in Dubai, otherwise will be held in Pakistan.

Pakistan Venues for Champions Trophy 2025

National Stadium, Karachi: Karachi’s national Stadium is going to host three league matches. The tournament’s opening clash between Pakistan and New Zealand is also going to be played in Karachi. Clash between Afghanistan and South Africa will also be held there. The third match between South Africa and England will also be played at the venue.

Rawalpindi Stadium, Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Stadium was built in 1992 in order to co-host 1996 World Cup. The stadium also hosted its first Test match in 1993 between Pakistan and Zimbabwe.

Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore: Lahore’s Gaddafi stadium will host three league matches and one semifinal. The final will also be held in the venue if India does not manage to qualify. The first match will be played between Australia and England, second clash will be Afghanistan vs England, and the third match will be played between Afghanistan and Australia.

Dubai venue for Champions Trophy

Dubai International Stadium, Dubai: The venue is going to host India’s league matches, including the highly-awaited clash between India and Pakistan. The first Champions Trophy match will be held at this venue on February 20 between India and Bangladesh. The second match will be between India and Pakistan. India vs New Zealand will also be held at the venue before the semifinal. The same venue will also host the final if India qualifies for the title decider.
