After thrashing England in the second One-Day International at the Old Trafford, Australia have a chance to take an unassailable lead in the five-match ODI series when the two teams meet for the third ODI in Birmingham on Wednesday.
For Australia, a lot is at stake after having conceded the Ashes 2013. They will hope to go back home with a series win in ODIs and a win on Wednesday will take them a step closer to that target.
Keeping the overcast conditions in Birmingham in mind, Australian skipper Michael Clarke has brought in Josh Hazlewood for Fawad Ahmed while England are unchanged from their previous outing.
Teams:
England: Kevin Pietersen, Michael Carberry, Jonathan Trott, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan (c), Ravi Bopara, Jos Buttler (wk), Ben Stokes, James Tredwell, Steven Finn, Boyd Rankin
Australia: Shaun Marsh, Aaron Finch, Shane Watson, Michael Clarke (c), George Bailey, Adam Voges, Matthew Wade (wk), Mitchell Johnson, James Faulkner, Josh Hazlewood, Clint McKay.
