England will look to level the series when they face South Africa in the third Twenty20 International at Birmingham on Wednesday
Rain at Manchester meant that the hosts have no chance of securing a series win over South Africa this summer. The nine over a side contest gave little chance for either the batsmen or the bowlers to stamp their authority over the game. England were perhaps a touch fortunate to leave Manchester with the series still alive. The hosts needed a further 13 runs from five balls and with Luke Wright just dismissed; it seemed to be a tall order.
The match at Birmingham will be the last international matches for either teams before the T20I cup, more then anything else, either team will look to go into the tournament in a positive frame of mind. The forecast is for some rains, something that both the teams will he hoping against.
Faced with a much win situation, England might play safe and go with an unchanged team.
AB de Villiers has already stated that his team will experiment as they prepare for the gala tournament. The visitors might look to give the lower order players like Duminy and Ontong more batting time.
Teams:

England: Craig Kieswetter (wk), Alex Hales, Ravi Bopara, Eoin Morgan, Jonny Bairstow, Jos Buttler, Samit Patel, Graeme Swann, Stuart Broad (c), Steven Finn, Jade Dernbach

South Africa: Richard Levi, Albie Morkel, Jacques Kallis, AB de Villiers (c & wk), Jean-Paul Duminy, Justin Ontong, Faf du Plessis, Johan Botha, Robin Peterson, Dale Steyn, Lonwabo Tsotsobe
