This is the fourth quarter finals held at the Queenstown Events Centre, Queenstown. India are certainly the favourites here having won all their matches in group stage while Bangladesh lost against England.
India have dominated in all their victories which included strong team like Australia which India defeated by 100 runs. In the other games India won the match by 10 wickets. On the other hand, Bangladesh defeated Namibia and Canada by 87 and 66 runs respectively. However lost to England by 7 wickets.
In the other quarter finals Australia won against England by 31 runs, Pakistan defeated South Africa by three wickets and Afghanistan thrashed New Zealand by 202 runs. The winner of the fourth quarter finals will play the winner of second quarter finals in semi finals. That means the team that will win today will face Pakistan in the semi finals.
Can Bangladesh break India’s winning streak ? Or will India meet Pakistan in the semi finals?
