Pakistan are at 46 for one at stumps on Day One of the first Test against Sri Lanka at Abu Dhabi. They trail Sri Lanka by 158 runs. Sri Lanka were bowled out for 204 in their first innings.

 

Left-arm fast bowler Junaid Khan took five wickets for 58 runs and Bilawal Bhatti took three wickets for 65. Sri Lanka captain Angelo Mathews top-scored with 91 off 127 balls. He struck 15 fours in his innings.

 

Khurram Manzoor was the only wicket to fall as he was run out for 21. Ahmed Shehzad was unbeaten on 25.
