However, Tamil Nadu have a slight edge owing to a better result coming for them in their last match. In their previous match against Andhra, they bowled out the opposition for a paltry 203. The second and third days were washed out due to rains and two mandatory innings to fetch a result were not completed by the end of the fourth and final day; hence the match ended in no result. On the other hand if we look at Uttar Pradesh, they conceded the first innings lead to Mumbai in their previous match and hence Mumbai received three points while UP had to settle for one. The players to watch out for in this encounter will be Abhinav Mukund and Dinesh Karthik for Tamil Nadu.
