That’s it! Mumbai have won the match by 6 wickets. Clinical performance by them Wasim Jaffer and Shardul Thakur have been the two men who have delivered wonderfully for them.

Mumbai are within touching distance of a victory here. Jaffer’s 77 has been the best performance for them so far. Just 11 runs more required.

Awana takes the wicket of Shreyas Iyer. Yadav falls (for a duck) without making much impact too. Jaffer meanwhile has scored his half-century. Delhi don’t have many runs to defend, otherwise this could have turned out to be a great match.
OUT! Shreyas Iyer c Virender Sehwag b Parvinder Awana 13 (22)/ OUT! Suryakumar Yadav c Ashish Nehra b Varun Sood 0 (7)

Mumbai lose Lad, but Jaffer and Herwadkar have kept the scoreboard moving swiftly after that. If both these batsman would have continued at that rate, Mumbai would have got there with many overs to spare. But, Herwadkar pokes at a delivery outside the off stump and has to go. S Iyer comes to the crease to accompany Jaffer.

Mumbai have made a slow and cautious start to their innings, which is fine considering the paltry target. Delhi need to pick up some early wickets to have a chance in the game.

Oh dear! It’s all over for Delhi! They have been bowled out for 157 against Mumbai! Milind Kumar was the only batsman who shone for them, and they will be disappointed with their effort. Mumbai should be able to chase this down comfortably.

Bowled! Narwal has to depart. Shardul Thakur does the damage. Things are going from bad to worse for Delhi. Ashish Nehra has come out to bat for Delhi.
OUT! M Kumar b Thakur 12 (20)

Milind Kumar reaches his 50! This has been a great knock by him. Delhi are comfortably taking singles, which isn’t a great sign for Mumbai, as they have the opportunity to put immense pressure on them by drying up the runs. Shardul Thakur bowls one wide, and Narwal dispatches it outside the fence for a boundary.

Delhi have made a stuttering start to this match. They have lost their first seven wickets without putting up a great total. M Kumar has been the only man fighting for them, and he is about to reach his half-century.
