On the other hand, Scotland have lost all their matches in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 and are at the bottom of the points table in the Pool A. Scotland have played five matches so far and they have failed to win any of those. On the eve of the match against Scotland, Michael Clarke made it clear that he is not worried about his fitness. “I certainly am fit,” Clarke insisted on the eve of Australia’s concluding Pool A match against Scotland.
“It was more just part of my recovery. Since coming back from my hamstring surgery we’ve looked at my schedule going forward and Thursday was another opportunity to make sure I recover as well as I can, not only for this game but for the quarter-final,” Clarke added.
