South Africa take on England in the second and final T20 International (T20I) at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. South Africa lead the two-match series 1-0, courtesy of their last ball win in the first match at Cape Town. South Africa needed two to win of the final delivery and some fumble in the field helped South Africa cross the finish line with three wickets to spare. Chris Morris once again proved to be a handful with the bat and his 7-ball 17 right in the end was crucial in guiding South Africa to a win. South Africa were set a modest target of 135 to win. South Africa will hope that they can wrap up the series after their triumph in the One-Day International (ODI) series, which they won 3-2 after being 0-2 down in the series at one point. This series will be crucial for both teams as it gives them an opportunity to test their strengths and weaknesses ahead of the ICC World T20 2016. This will be England’s final match before the mega event and they will want to win and level the series in order to boost their confidence. South Africa on the other hand, play a three-match T20I series against Australia beginning from March 4.
England will look to put the disappointment of losing the first match behind and look to square the series. South Africa, who have won their last four international matches, will look to carrying on their momentum in this match as well.
