Good Morning, शुभ प्रभात! Hello and welcome to CricketCountry’s live blog session of Day Three of Round Five of the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy on Saturday. We at CricketCountry, and I will be bringing to you the live scores from today’s ties. All the matches in the groups are still alive, with a result expected from a few of the games itself. However, it would be of no surprise if all the games make it to Day Four, and judging by the performance of the sides so far, most of the teams are well set, while their matches too are still an open game for anybody.
As far as the points table is concerned, Karnataka lead Group A with 20 points, while Delhi follow them with 16 points from three games each. In group B, it’s Saurashtra with 19 points, while rivals Gujarat are at the second spot with 19 points from three games each. In Group C, it’s Andhra Pradesh, who lead the table with 15 points, while Madhya Pradesh follow them up with 14 points from four games each. In Group D, it’s Punjab, who lead the table with 15 points from four games, while following them is Vidarbha with 14 points from three games. Still a long way to go to decide the odds for the knock-out stages.
