Croatia registered their first win of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in an emphatic fashion with a 4-1 comeback win against Canada at the Khalifa Stadium on Sunday. Canada went ahead in the second minute with an Alphonso Davies header before two quick goals from Andrej Kramaric and Marko Livaja gave the Croatians lead at half time. Canada tried to comeback in the match in the second half but were denied by a rock solid Croatian defense. Kramaric added his second in the 70th minute before Lovro Majer added the fourth in the stoppage time to seal the deal.
