India have won the fourth One-Day International (ODI) match against England at Mumbai by six wickets.

After losing three early wickets the duo of Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli consolidated Indian innings and led the fightback with a partnership of 131 runs for the fourth wicket.

Earlier England had set a target of 221 runs to chase. Varun Aaron and R Ashwin shared three wickets each as England were bundled out for a mere score of 220 runs.

In their reply, Indian openers Ajinkya Rahane and Parthiv Patel go off to a cautious start but Steve Finn got rid of Patel and followed up with the important wicket of Gautam Gambhir.

Suresh Raina scored 80 runs before being clean bowled by Steve Finn. Kohli scored unbeaten runs to finish the Indian innings in style. Finn’s impressive bowling figures of three wickets for 45 runs went in vain as Raina-Kohli duo looked unstoppable at Wankhede.

India has extended the series lead to 4-0 and will play fifth match at Kolkata on Tuesday.

Brief Score: England 220 all out in 46.1 overs (Tim Bresnan 45, Kevin Pietersen 41, Jonathan Trott 39; Varun Aaron 3 for 24, R Ashwin 3 for 38) lost to India 223 for 4 in 40.1 overs  (Virat Kohli 86*; Suresh Raina 80; Steve Finn 3 for 45) by six wickets.
