Highlights Portugal vs Ghana, FIFA World Cup 2022: Cristiano Ronaldo-led Portugal defetaed Andre Ayew’s Ghana in the second match of Group H by 3-2 and topped the group with 3 crucial points. Ronaldo has been all over headlines over his recent controversy with English club Manchester United but now he is making headlines for his historic goal that made him the first player to score in 5 different FIFA World Cups.
The match was a huge thriller. Ronaldo scored the first goal but Ghana’s skipper equalized that in the 73rd minute. Then Felix and Leao’s goals provided Portugal with a 3-1 lead. Although, Bukari’s nerve braking goal in the 89th minute kept Ghana’s hopes alive.
Ghana missed two really close opportunities to score in the extra time. Otherwise, the result could have been different. The game was absolutely fantastic. There was no goal in the first half of the game and all 5 goals game in the final 25 minutes of the match.
