Bangladesh would look for a clean sweep against a struggling Zimbabwe team in the fifth and final ODI if the series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka. Considering the performance in the last match, Zimbabwe’s bowling did a lot better, but failed in the batting department. Only Brendan Taylor and Solomon Mire scored fifties. None of the others managed to score over 30. Bangladesh on the other hand were also a little shaky with the bat apart from Mahmudullah, Mushfiqur Rahim and Mashrafe Mortaza. However, they impressed with the ball with Shakib Al Hasan, Rubel Hossain and Jubair Hossain claiming a couple of wickets each to go 4-0 up in the five-match series with a 21-run victory.
