The visitors, who successfully chased a target of 261 by 2 wickets  in the third match at the same venue to mark their second win over a full-member nation in cricket history.

The four-match series now stands at 2-1 in favour of Zimbabwe. Afghanistan must outplay the hosts today in order to level the series and share the honours with Zimbabwe.
