Trinidad & Tobago failed to go past the New South Wales Blues on Wednesday, as they were beaten in the super over, chasing 19 runs.
Earlier, chasing 140 runs, New South Wales got a good opening partnership of 48 runs between David Warner and Shane Watson.
With the fall of all-rounder Watson in 7th over, New South Wales lost wickets like a pack of cards and were denied to build a partnership by the Caribbean team with a disciplined bowling performance.
As the New South Wales tied the score of 139 runs, the match went into the super over. In the super over, New South Wales sent Moises Henriques to bat along with David Warner who smashed Ravi Rampaul all over the park and helped T&T score 18 runs in the super over.
Trinidad in their chase of 19 runs in the super over fell short by 4 runs.
