The third edition of the annual Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi Memorial Lecture will be held in Kolkata on October 19, on the eve of the India-West Indies fifth ODI. “Both the teams are expected to land here on October 18 and the next day would be ideal to host the lecture,” CAB treasurer Biswarup Dey told reporters on Wednesday.

Dey said he was unaware who would deliver the annual lecture which will be held at the team hotel. “The Board will announce it in due course, we’re not yet informed about this,” he said. Anil Kumble delivered the second edition of the lecture, while legendary Sunil Gavaskar was the speaker of the inaugural edition.
