Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq and spinner Abdur Rehman have been named in The Cricketer magazine’s Test Team of the Year.

Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq and spinner Abdur Rehman have been named in The Cricketer magazine’s Test Team of the Year.
The Express Tribune reported that Misbah was named as the Overseas Test Player of the Year by the magazine’s annual awards after he scored 632 runs in six Tests at an average of 90.28 over the past 12 months.
The right-handed batsman is also the captain of Pakistan in all three formats of the game.
Rehman, who bagged 29 wickets at an average of 31.82 over the same 12-month evaluation period, is the second Pakistan cricketer in the list.
