For an Indian fan, Natwest Trophy in 2002 brings back some fond memories with Sourav Ganguly waving his jersey in Lord’s balcony ruling the top moments. It was a memorable tournament for India and there were plenty of cherished moments. One of them was Mohammad Kaif’s catch to dismiss Nick Knight.

It was the eighth match of the Natwest Series in the 2002 at The Oval. Winning the toss, India invited England to bat first. Off the fifth ball of 12th over that was being bowled by Yuvraj Singh, Nick Knight played a sweep and the ball took the top edge and looped up in the region of leg-gully. Kaif standing at the position of square leg ran towards the ball and dived smoothly to complete a stunning catch. The best part was he made it look very easy.

India still went on to lose the match by 64-runs, however beat the same opponent in the final.
