Mohammed Shami‘s wife Hasin Jahan had filed a FIR against him. The FIR consists of seven charges, including attempts to murder and rape. Hasin even had alleged that Shami wanted her to have physical relationship with his brother. In conversation with ABP, Shami has dismissed the allegation saying his brother wasn’t around at that time.

Shami later added that his wife always questioned his brothers and revealed that his brothers used to handle all financial accounts for his family in his absence.

Hasin also claimed that Shami had frequent physical relations with sex workers and other girls during his overseas tours. She also alleged that Shami wanted her Pakistani girlfriend to travel with him during India’s 2017 tour of Sri Lanka.
Shami exclaimed surprise at Hasin Jahan’s complaint of him not taking financial care of her. He revealed that she has still been using his debit card in Kolkata. He also claimed that he had gifted Hasin Jahan a necklace worth INR 18 lakhs for Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s wedding.

Shami accused his wife for cutting him away from his family. He later added saying she refused to cook for them.
