Mumbai: Former India cricketer S. Sreesanth is excited to watch India limited-overs captain M.S. Dhoni‘s biopic “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story”. “I am really excited to watch Dhoni’s biopic as he is a great captain. Certainly, there is a wonderful story to share. I would love to watch it,” he said at the “Days of Tafree” premiere. “I feel fortunate as I was a part of the 2007 World Cup as well as the 2011 World Cup team. I really want to see what is in the movie and how it has been shown,” he added. About the film’s lead actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Sreesanth said: “I did speak to Sushant during a couple of training sessions. He said ‘You should watch it. There are a lot of surprises’. I am definitely looking forward to the biopic.” Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film also features Disha Patani, Kiara Advani and Anupam Kher.
The film is set to hit the screens on September 30. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who portrays Indian ODI captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in his upcoming biopic “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story”, says playing the cricketer was special for him. Dhoni has joined Sushant for Kingfisher Premium’s “Original Social Network” campaign. The two are seen together in a TV commercial for the same. “It was great to share screen space with Dhoni in my latest ad for Kingfisher. It’s a first for any brand to have us both together in an advertisement,” Sushant said in a statement.
