Leading NRI industrialist and cricket enthusiast Lord Swraj Paul today hailed Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni‘s decision to retire from Test matches although he has still much to offer.

In a message, Lord Paul said, “It is a great thing Dhoni has decided to retire from Test cricket after a marvellous innings though he has much to offer. Even in the Ramayana Swami Viswamitra has said that the time to go is when you are still wanted.”

“There has absolutely been no demand from anyone that he should step down from Test cricket. But the fact that he has done so is commendable and good for cricket. Wish he will continue to do well in T20s and ODIs,” Lord Paul said.
