Mumbai Indians (MI) take on Delhi Daredevils (DD) in Match 47 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016 at Visakapatnam. MI lost their previous match against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) carefully. DD on the other hand registered a thumping win against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in their previous match and will be rearing to go in this match. DD and MI have the same amount of points with 12 and a win in this match will take them one step closer to the playoffs. Both teams have been inconsistent form this season and will hope that they can pick up during the business stage of the tournament. MI will bank on the form of Rohit Sharma. He has done remarkably well while chasing. The likes of Jos Buttler, Ambati Rayudu and Kieron Pollard too will have to play their parts if they are to win today and take a huge step in progressing to the top four. For DD, they missed the services of Zaheer Khan in the earlier match and as a result JP Duminy was the stand in captain. DD will hope to have their fast bowler back in the side. He has not only been a good bowler for the team, but also led from the front.
DD have batsmen like Quinton de Kock, Sanju Samson and Karun Nair in good form. If needed the likes of Duminy and Chris Morris can come down the order and smash the ball around a bit.
