Mumbai, looking to win their 39th Ranji Trophy title, on Friday made one change in their squad for the semi-final of the national cricket championship against Tamil Nadu, to be played at the Wankhede Stadium from January 10.
The Wasim Jaffer-led squad included fit-again, in-form batsman Abhishek Nayar in place of Siddesh Lad for the four-day tie. Nayar missed the team’s last few matches due to injury.
Mumbai and Tamil Nadu had ousted Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, respectively in the quarterfinal matches by virtue of having the first innings leads in the drawn encounters. (PTI)
