Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Indian team after their six-wicket win over Zimbabwe in ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at Auckland. Modi is currently in Sri Lanka, where he concludes his three-nation visit comprising of Seychelles, Mauritius and Sri Lanka. Suresh Raina’s unbeaten century and his 196-run stand with skipper MS Dhoni helped India beat Zimbabwe comfortably after they were in a spot of bother chasing 288 to win. Brendan Taylor made 138 for Zimbabwe in his final match for his nation. India therefore go into the quarter-final stage of the mega event without losing a single game.
