The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has invited two Nepal Under-19 cricketers Raju Rijal and Dipendra Singh Airee for the Development Program which is known as ‘Marylebone Cricket Club Young Cricketers’. It will be a great opportunity for both the young players to travel to England and play matches on those seaming and swinging conditions.

Cricket Association of Nepal‘s (CAN) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bhawana Ghimire confirmed this news to CricketCountry. The program will be four months fixture, scheduled from April 1 to September 1, 2015. It will include mixture of T20s, 50-over matches and three day matches in various parts of United Kingdom (UK).

Though this is not the first time any cricketer from Nepal is attending this programme. Current national cricketers Rajesh Pulami Magar and Naresh Budhayer have already benefited from this program of MCC. They both have represented Nepal in Under-19 cricket World Cup. Now Nepal cricket can expect similar success stories form Raju and Dipendra as well.
