Sri Lankan bowlers led by Lasith Malinga and the spinner Ajantha Mendis helped Sri Lanka to bowl out Netherlands for the lowest ever total in the annals of Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) in ICC World T20 2014. The previous lowest total was by Kenya when they amassed only 56 runs against Afghanistan in 2013. Netherlands played just 10.3 overs and were bowled out for 39.
The Australian born Tom Cooper was the only batsman to cross double figures for Netherlands as he made 16 during his innings. Rest of the batsmen showed no resistance whatsoever.
Here is a table that shows the lowest scores made in T20Is.
