Kiwi all-rounder Jacob Oram, Kyle Mills and Tim Southee will be playing in an exhibition Twenty20 match at Toronto’s Rogers Centre, which is the home of Major League Baseball’s Blue Jays.
According to reports, the trio will be playing for the World XI against an Asian XI on May 12.
All-rounder Oram confirmed that he was approached and the exhibition match will happen surely.
“I don’t have my flights and logistical stuff sorted out yet,” Oram was quoted as saying in stuff.co.nz.
“But basically, it’s a one-off Twenty20 match in Toronto and an Asian XI will be taking on a World XI.”

“It’s taking place while the Indian Premier League is running so it will only include guys who aren’t playing in the IPL. I imagine the Asian XI will probably be made up of Pakistanis and a few Sri Lankans and Bangladeshis,” Oram concluded.
