New Zealand will have task on hand to stop South Africa’s juggernaut as they lock horns for the 2nd ODI at Hagley Oval in Christchurch on Wednesday. South Africa will play their first international match in this venue after 2004. They last played at Jade Stadium that saw New Zealand ease to 5 wickets win with 29 balls to spare. The live cricket streaming of the match will be officially available on OSN Play, Foxtel Go and SKY GO. As for the live telecast, it will be available on Sky Sport 1 in New Zealand, Fox Sports 2 in Australia, Supersport in South Africa, Sky Sports in United Kingdom (UK) and OSN Sports in the Middle East.

South Africa who entered the ODI series with 11 successive victories, equalled its national record of 12 consecutive wins that was set in 2005. South Africa are at the top as of the ICC ODI team rankings and will not want to keep a foot wrong in the second ODI, before the Champions Trophy. However, New Zealand’s record has not been poor either. They successfully claimed the Chappell Hadlee Trophy against Australia by 2-0 with one game abandoned due to rains. Prior to this, they ruled over Bangladesh by 3-0. These victories are enough to boost New Zealand’s confidence over AB de Villiers-led side. FULL CRICKET SCORECARD: New Zealand vs South Africa 2nd ODI

New Zealand will be hopeful of a better show from their batsmen and get away from being dependent over their captain Kane Williamson. As far as its bowling is concerned, New Zealand is packed to the brim with quality.

South Africa’s all-round set-up is enough to leave shivers down the spine of the opponents. Miller, who injured his finger during the Sri Lanka series, missed the first one and there is still a cloud over his availability for the 2nd game.
