New Zealand captain Kane Williamson has been dismissed for 54 off 83 balls. He was trying to sweep part-time bowler Tillakaratne Dilshan, unfortunately for him, he top-edged the ball and it went into the hands of Mahela Jayawardene, who was standing at short fine-leg. Corey Anderson at the other end is looking extremely dangerous and has the capability of wining the match from here.

Luke Ronchi is the new batsman and he has to support Anderson by batting a little sensibly. This partnership will be extremely crucial if New Zealand are to come close to Sri Lanka‘s target of 288. Kumar Sangakkara had earlier scored his 21st century, which propelled Sri Lanka to 287 for six. New Zealand have been in trouble right from the first over as they lost Martin Guptill, Tom Latham and Ross Taylor very early.

New Zealand have already won the series and Sri Lanka will look to get a much needed victory ahead of the ICC World Cup 2015.
