Australian batsman Adam Voges has continuously managed to make headlines in recent times for his batting in Tests. The reason behind his popularity in last one year is his average in Tests, which reads 95.50 (second best after Don Bradman — 99.94 in terms of players who has more than 1,000 runs). Also Read: Tendulkar at No.4 while Warne to lead Alec Stewart’s All-Time XI

With such popularity, Voges too joins the league of current and former cricketers of picking his All-Time XI. Matthew Hayden and Sachin Tendulkar get to open, followed by captain Ricky Ponting at number three. The middle order batting comprises of Brian Lara, Kumar Sangakkara and all-rounder Jacques Kallis. As a bowler, if you think you found a respite by getting these men out, then there is Adam Gilchrist as wicketkeeper.

The bowling department is too quite lethal with the likes of leg-spinner Shane Warne, pacer Dale Steyn along with Stuart Broad and Glenn McGrathAlso Read: Tendulkar, Rohit and Harbhajan in James Franklin’s All Time XI

This is some team. We doubt if Voges will average the same if he played against this line-up.

Adam Voges’s All-Time XI: Matthew Hayden, Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting (c), Brian Lara, Kumar Sangakkara, Jacques Kallis, Adam Gilchrist (wk), Shane Warne, Dale Steyn, Stuart Broad, Glenn McGrath.
