An online petition has been filed recommending the award of a Knighthood under urgency to Martin Crowe, one of the finest batsman to play the game of cricket for New Zealand. Crowe was recently inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame. He is also mentor to a couple of current Kiwi batsmen, Ross Taylor and Martin Guptill.
