Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi won the toss and has decided to bat first against Kenya at Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium at Hambantota, Sri Lanka.
Spinner Saeed Ajmal has been dropped as Pakistan are playing two seamers – Shoaib Akhtar and Umar Gul in the match.
Kenya will look to improve their game after putting a dejecting show at Chennai against New Zealand. On the other hand, Pakistan will start their World Cup campaign on a positive note having won their last ODI series against New Zealand.
