Pakistan lost their sixth wicket of the night against New Zealand during the first of the five-match ODI series at the Dubai Sports Complex in Dubai on Monday. Sarfaraz Ahmed was the latest to add to the casualty list after being dismissed by Nathan McCullum as he was caught by Adam Milne for a healthy 26 off 19 deliveries. Currently, it’s Haris Sohail and Shahid Afridi batting on 36 and one respectively as Pakistan are 127 for the loss of six.

Earlier, Pakistan skipper, Misbah-ul-Haq had won the toss and elected to field first citing dew factor in the evening session while New Zealand set a target of 247 for Pakistan to win the first encounter.
