Legendary India cricketer Virender Sehwag blamed Pakistan for ‘choosing war’ with a social media post on Thursday. Pakistan launched attacks on Jammu and many other military stations in India on the same day, but those attacks were successfully countered by the Indian defense systems.
Sehwag was among the several sportspersons who showed their support to the Indian armed forces for successfully stopping the attacks.
“War has been chosen by Pakistan when they had an opportunity to keep quiet. They have escalated to save their terrorist assets, which speaks so much about them. Our forces will reply most appropriately, a manner Pakistan will never forget,” Sehwag wrote in a post on X.
