Pakistan and England will face off in the third One-Day International (ODI) of the four-match series at Sharjah. The series currently stands level at 1-1. Pakistan won the first game by a convincing margin and England duly returned the favour in the second game. Both those matches were played at Abu Dhabi. England did a lot of things right in the second game most importantly of which was a significant improvement in the performances of the top order. Pakistan’s fast bowlers did quite well in the pace department but spinners were not up to the mark. Wahab Riaz was exceptional taking three wickets. England’s bowlers were on the target through the innings and did not give Pakistan a sniff. David Willey was great upfront while Chris Woakes ripped through the middle order with four wickets.
