Umar Akmal has scored 53 of 54 balls, taking Pakistan within sight of victory. He has played amazingly well and has supported Misbah-ul-Haq well to help Pakistan to a strong position in the warm up match against England. ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: POINTS TABLE

The England bowlers started off well and got four wickets for less than 100 runs, but Misbah and Umar have been solid in their approach and have played sensibly to blunt the attack. Earlier England put up 250 runs on the board for the loss of eight wickets in their quota of 50 overs. Joe Root starred with a fluent 85 and was adequately supported by Gary Ballance who chipped in with 57. But with the exception of Chris Jordan, lower down the order, the remainder of the batting was ordinary. Yasir Shah was the pick of the bowlers taking three wickets conceding 45 runs.
