Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq was dismissed on 96 runs as he missed out on his career’s 11th Test century in the second Test match against West Indies which is being played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. He was dismissed by West Indian pacer Shannon Gabriel who had bowled a full on middle and leg stump delivery which Misbah tried to shuffle and flick. But the Pakistani skipper mistimed his flick and the ball hit him on his pads. He did go for the review, but the reply showed the same thing as the ball would have gone to hit the leg stump.  FULL CRICKET SCORECARD: Pakistan vs West Indies, 2nd Test at Abu Dhabi

Misbah had started the Day One on the score of 90 and it was very much expected that the Pakistan skipper would get to his 11th Test hundred with the way he had batted on Day One. Misbah had earlier on Day One put up a partnership of 175 runs from 44 overs along with Younis Khan for the fifth wicket. Pakistan had got off to a shaky start in this second Test as their both opening batsmen fell for just 42 runs on the board. But it was Asad Shafiq’s 68 runs and the Younis Khan’s 33rd Test hundred that took Pakistan to a commanding position by the end of the Day One.
