Sri Lanka women crumbled as wickets kept falling, restricting runs to 108 for 8 in 20 overs in 2nd Twenty20 International (T20I) match at Ranchi. India Women showed great skill and potential throughout the innings with Poonam Yadav taking two wickets and giving the breakthrough for India. But one bowler who stood out and is known for limited-overs was Ekta Bisht who took three wickets for 22 leaving Sri Lanka no scope to go beyond 150 runs. India came out confident and wickets kept crumbling after 16th to 18th over, with two wickets each in 17th and 18th over by Ekta and Poonam. None of the Sri Lankans apart from Chamari Athapaththu, Dilani Manodara and Shashikala Siriwardene scored beyond double digit runs.
