India is set to begin their Champions Trophy campaign against Bangladesh at the Dubai International Stadium on Thursday, February 20. The Men in Blue will be hoping to start the tournament strong as they will be facing arguably the weakest team out of the group in Bangladesh.

The Indian team gave stunning performances in the recently-concluded 3-match ODI series against England at home, winning all the 3 matches in comprehensive fashion.

However, rain could spoil the party for not just the Indian team, but for the fans as well, who have travelled all the way to Dubai to watch the team play.

According to Accuweather, there is about 55 per cent chances of rainfall during the India vs Bangladesh match in Dubai. The temperature in the afternoon when the game kicks-off will be around 27 degrees with 65 per cent cloud cover.

Interestingly, there is no reserve day for group stage matches, so if the India-Bangladesh encounter does get washed out, then there will be no replays and both teams will have to share a point each.
