Jharkhand made a good start after Himachal Pradesh were all out for 304 in their Group C Ranji Trophy cricket match here today.
At stumps on the third day, Jharkhand were 94 for one with Rameez Nemat and Saurabh Tiwary batting on 53 and 40 respectively.
Earlier, Himachal were all out in 105.2 overs with Ankush Bains scoring a 264-ball 129. Bains had completed his hundred on the first day itself, and no play was possible yesterday due to rain.
For Jharkhand, Ashish Kumar and Shahbaz Nadeem picked up four wickets apiece. Jharkhand trailed by 210 runs with nine wickets remaining in the first innings at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium.
